there is a question bank and a textbook for this. the text book provided is really good in terms of explanation.

object oriented programming with C ++

for CPP we have 2 mainstream textbooks 1 from kalyani which is really good at simple explanation and 1 from himalaya publishers which some people say that it is good interms of writing long answers there is also a book by the greatest programmer "balaguruswami" I don't suggest that book unless you're keen to learn subject like a professional I've also uploaded a file containing some important CPP programs all of them are error free and can be run from any compiler. if you're not sure of which compiler to use please checkout this blog post on choosing a right compiler
